Payments and security

In order to avoid possible fraud and misuse of the same, all debit and credit cards must be subject to validation and authorization both by the holder and by Festina.

We do not accept payment via bank transfer or cash on delivery. There is also no option to make a purchase with collection and payment in store.

Payment in installments is not possible

At Festina we are committed to a more sustainable world and are committed to saving paper, for this reason we do not enclose an invoice in the box.

You can always find your invoices both sent to you by email and also inMy Account> Orders.There you can download the invoices for all your orders.

We do not have a Festina gift card at this time.
