Connectivity
If you are having connectivity issues with your Festina Connected watch to a new phone:

Is there a Festina Connected watch already paired to your phone?
- Go to Settings -> Bluetooth on your phone.
- If there is a Festina Connected watch paired to your iPhone you need to unpair it.
- Tap ⓘ next to “Festina Connected”, then "Forget this Device".
- Reset your Festina Connected watch Press and hold the top and bottom pusher for 5 seconds.
- Open the Festina Connected app and connect your watch Open the Festina Connected app and follow the instructions in the application.
We recommend that you run the latest OS version on your phone as well as the latest version of the Festina Connected app.
If you still can’t connect the two:
- Toggle Bluetooth Switch off Bluetooth in Settings -> Bluetooth, wait 10 seconds and then switch it on again. This often solves minor connectivity issues.
- Restart your phone Restarting your phone can solve most connectivity issues.

Your watch automatically reconnects with your phone once in range. Please note that it may take up to a minute for the watch to connect. Press any of the buttons on the watch to decrease the time it takes for the watch to connect with the phone.
If the watch does not reconnect please make sure that:
- The Festina Connected app is running
- Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
We recommend that you run the latest OS version on your phone as well as the latest version of the Festina Connected app.
If you still can’t connect

Toggle Bluetooth
Switch the Bluetooth function off and via in the phone's Bluetooth settings. This often solves minor connectivity issues.

Restart your phone
Restarting your phone solves most connectivity issues

Full reset
If the watch still can’t connect after restarting the phone, the we recommend you do a full reset of the watch and the app.
If you have followed the steps above and the problem persists then please contact support.

- Full reset If the watch still can’t connect after restarting the phone, do a full reset of the watch and app.

On the old phone
- Select Festina Connected -> Settings -> Forget watch.
- In the phone's Bluetooth settings remove Festina Connected as a connected device if it's still connected.

On the new phone.
- Install the Festina Connected app and follow the instructions in the application to connect your watch.
If you do not have access to your old phone
- Reset the watch by pressing both the top and bottom pushers at the same time for 5 seconds.
- Install the Festina Connected app and follow the instructions in the application to connect your watch.
We support phones with Android 6.0 or higher and iOS 12 or higher.
